Operations Administrator Alcester • Permanent • Full time • up to £22,000 per annum Arden Personnel are recruiting for an Operations Administrator for an established company in Alcester. This is a brand new role Operations Administrator Day to day duties are as follows: Working closely with the Operations Manager you will contact sites to gather information regarding upcoming installs Update the smart sheet programme with dates received from reports / site / text messages Create T-Cards for the Operations Manager to work from [weekly] Checks for the following days installations You will create the daily electronic ‘supplies email’ for the site teams to work from the following day. This will consist of drawing packs, pre check report notes etc. Prepare generic site Risk and Method statements Adhock administration duties as required, to meet the needs of the business Ensure full compliance with Company health, safety, security and environmental standards Holiday cover within the Operation team as required. The Successful Operations Administrator must have the following skills/experience Ability to work as part of a team and unaccompanied Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with Stakeholders at all levels Positive attitude, willing to work flexibly to meet needs of the business Good organisational skills; able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines and targets where appropriate Promote a responsible and professional image at all times Ability to work without instruction, using good judgement to escalate / delegate where required What’s on offer for the successful Operations Administrator?
