Part-Time In-house Finance Manager Role - Fife - £competitive salary Your new company Hays are proud to be partnered with this highly innovative and forward-thinking Fife-based C.A firm. The firm offer a range of accounting, business advisory and strategic planning services, and is made up of specialist divisions that deal with business advisory, wealth management and tax. This firm has a diverse client-base, from sole-traders to larger corporations. Your new role You will be joining the growing team as a Finance Manager, reporting to and working directly alongside the Managing Partner. This is a key role, with responsibilities ranging from being responsible for the firm's internal financial records, quarterly VAT returns and monthly payroll. Monthly budgets and projections will be required and you will be responsible for implementing and managing finance processes and making any improvements to these. What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role you will need to be a qualified (ACCA/CA) accountant, with experience working in Practice. Strong knowledge of Xero is essential, alongside proven experience working in a financial role with monthly reporting requirements. Ideally you will have experience managing a small team and will be able to build and maintain strong relationships.
