Overview

A fantastic opportunity to join a modern, non-traditional firm undertaking bookkeeping and business management for a portfolio of clients. You will have the opportunity to work with an exciting portfolio of clients within the media and entertainment sector including touring & recording artists, songwriters, artist managers, record labels, authors, actors and social media. You will effectively act as the outsourced finance function for these well-known clients, with your main duties including: Day to day bookkeeping and business management; handling the client’s financial and personal affairs Liaising directly with clients and suppliers to ensure work is completed in a timely and professional manner Completing and filing VAT returns Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments Preparing cash flow reports and forecasting Responding to HMRC queries Tour accounting including preparing reports for tour support Preparing monthly management accounts If you have experience already working with media and entertainment clients then great, but this is not essential - but an interest and passion in this sector is Ideally, you will be AAT qualified or studying for ACCA / ACA with relevant bookkeeping experience.
