Overview
This top tier US law firm, with a global reputation for funds work, is looking to add at least one partner in the London office. The firm is particularly strong at advising private equity funds, especially in the mid-market, on the full range of funds matters. With a global funds team, the London office is well placed to secure complex work. This is an exciting opportunity to join and drive the London funds team forward. You will advise on the full range of funds matters, and build a team around you (or, bring a team with you). You will have the full support of the other outstanding funds partners spread throughout the world who are keen to see the London office grow. The funds team is very collegiate, servicing some leading funds. The firm can offer outstanding remuneration for salaried partners, and there is a very high PEP for those in the equity. Associates are also offered high remuneration making a team move easier. The ideal candidate will be an established funds partner, with strong contacts throughout the funds space.
