Build Space has a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and career driven, Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work for one of the UK's top Main Contractors. The business is currently at around £600m turnover but they have a great pipline of projects and this is expected to grow this year With the business diversifying and expanding rapidly, this Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside the project Senior QS on a variety of Industrial, Commercial and Retail projects. The intial project is a £50m new build project in the Rainham area. As Project Quantity Surveyor you will have the following experience: - Minimum 2 years post qualified experience. - Industrial project experience proferred. - Good working experience of the JCT form of contract. - Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
