Overview
A friendly and diverse company is seeking a passionate and committed individual to join its Quality Assurance team in Leeds. The right candidate will earn a competitive salary of £35,000 per year and will need to be able to travel regularly throughout the North of England (once travel returns to normal). This expanding company needs a talented and collaborative professional who has a proven track record of carrying out regular audits and observations in relation to apprenticeships, as well as considerable experience in delivering training. This exciting new career challenge will report to the Apprenticeship and Governance Manager and will offer great opportunities for growth and development. Your QA role: Earning £35,000 a year with benefits, this Quality Assurance role will be an integral part of the development and training team. It will suit a candidate who is highly organised and has fantastic communication skills as well as a passion for learning and improving people's lives. You will be responsible for working together with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the programmes are delivered to ESFA/OFSTED and meet the Apprenticeship standards. Your Quality Assurance skills: You will hold qualifications PGCE/Cert Ed or equivalent and will have an Assessor and Verifier qualification. Candidates from a FE College / University, or NVQ assessment backgrounds are highly desirable. Having experience of Ofsted and ESFA Audit inspections will be an advantage and all candidates will be expected to be proficient in Microsoft Office, Learner Management Systems and data applications. You should possess a great work ethic and a genuine passion for delivering excellent training and assessments. You will be supported by a knowledgeable and approachable team of experienced co-workers and will be given on-site training.
