Overview

Part Time Residential Conveyancer 3 days per week (22.5 hours) Home Based Upto £21,000 bonus of upto £2,000 per annum A national Residential Conveyancing specialist are currently going through a great period of expansion and business improvement. As a result, they are keen to hire a number of experienced Residential Conveyancers / Legal Executives / Solicitors on a 3 day per week opportunity. I have worked extensively with this firm, and have first hand experience of placing a number of candidates who are experiencing a modern working environment, access to great training to encourage progression and career growth. This part time, case handling opportunity has never been offered previously. The successful candidate will work 3 days per week, between Monday and Saturday on a job share basis with another conveyancer. Duties and responsibilitiies: - Handling a varied caseload of residential property files (including sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold transactions, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, equity) - Co-managing approximately 100 files - Delivering efficient and high quality client care - Working with the support of an administrative and post completion team It is essential that candidates looking to be considered for this opportunity can commit to 3 days per week.
