Overview

Internal Recruitment Advisor Contract until end of the year Hertfordshire - £40,000-45,000 We are looking for an Internal Recruitment Advisor to join the Recruitment team at an International organisation. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to support the wider resourcing team in utilising their knowledge and skills to recruit assigned positions across the UK. You will be responsible for: Managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle Providing a positive candidate experience - ensure candidates are updated on their status throughout processes Working closely in line with the HR function and maintaining strong relationships with other organisational departments Work collaboratively with the recruitment team in transitioning to a new system Drive direct hiring for roles that are assigned in order to reduce agency cost Effectively utilising and updating the ATS - attention to detail We are looking for the following experience: In-house or agency recruitment experience Excellent understanding of sourcing skills and tools Experience in effectively dealing with vacancies and keeping a consistent pool of talent Strong team player Experience in working with recruitment systems (Essential) What the company can offer?
