Overview

To join the Learning & Development team based in Leeds for a leading law firm. Client Details Our client is a leading law firm, looking for a strong Learning & Development Administrator to join the L&D team based in Leeds. Description Key responsibilities will be but not limited to- Ad hoc administritave tasks Setting up courses and recording attendance Upload e-learning and build reports from this data Review and proofread e-learning and other documentation. Support the organisation of internal training events Deal with all external course requests and bookings Responsible for all the filing of the Team: hard copy and electronic. Deal with online services renewals and accounts. Keep budget records for each area the Team deals with. Maintain relevant records. Profile Excellent organisational skills Ability to work independently for much of the working week with minimum supervision. Highly competent with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) with good typing skills Ability to plan tasks according to deadlines and multitask Experience with working with a LMS Experience of delivering soft skills training Job Offer Working for an excellent law firm in Leeds
