Overview

A global Professional Services firm are recruiting for a Campus Recruiter (German Speaking) to join their London based team. As the Campus Recruiter you will responsible for: Developing creative and innovative on-campus strategies to identify and engage entry-level talent for our front office business Working closely with recruiting and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help formulate recruitment strategy Drive campus recruitment planning and execution across key universities Source and screen candidates for all early talent roles Manage all first-round interviews, supporting candidate progression throughout the evaluation and hiring process Organise and participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events - conducting research and campaigns to identify and engage candidates Participate in offer management and on-boarding activities including providing administrative support when needed As Campus Recruiter you will possess: Strong academic background Proficient in German Experience and knowledge of 360 recruitment processes within a fast-paced organisation 1 years recruitment experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with all key stakeholders and hiring managers across the business Adaptiveness to remain positive and work to tight deadlines
