Overview
My client, based in East Sussex, is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Insurance Claims Handler to work with them on a contract basis. The successful applicant will take on an independent caseload and deal with a variety of civil claims pursued against the Local Authority. Applicants should have previous experience of claims arising under the Highways Act 1980 and the Occupiers Liability Act 1957.
