Overview
A new vacancy has arisen for a Fleet Underwriter to join an enthusiastic and successful team dealing with new and existing motor fleet business. The role will involve the servicing and retention of profitable commercial business, renewal negotiation and MTA's. As an active team player you will underwrite new business risks and be able to assist less experienced team members where appropriate. The development and management of broker relationships is also an essential part of this role. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 2 years motor trade/road risks underwriting experience. Candidates must be self-motivated with strong communication skills and whilst being committed to personal development, be able to work productively within a team. A strong ability to plan and organise own workload would also be advantageous. Will ideally be making progress towards professional qualifications.
