Fleet & Purchasing Assistant at NSS Group The Business NSS Group is a specialist services supplier. From building maintenance to window and technical cleaning, platform hire and equipment testing – self-delivered services, anywhere in the UK. The NSS group was formed by the merger of a number of large successful business’s to create one super group which gives our clients a service which is truly nationwide. The Division – Fleet & Purchasing Fast paced and dynamic team, striving to continually improve group processes across fleet and purchasing. You will work in a friendly team of 4 dealing with a range of queries to support operations whilst ensuring costs are managed and NSS are working towards improving efficiency across the group. The current team has many strengths, however, looking for an ideal candidate to develop with us who is a fast learner, enthusiastic, self-motivated. Your job will include: Work closely with Fleet and Purchasing Manager to streamline NSS Group Suppliers Collate, manage & contest parking Fines – communicating improvements to managers Collate manager private mileage monthly to submit to wage roll Raise purchase orders for groupwide purchases Order & manage electronic stock levels for depots using Hilti on track system Arrange PPE delivery and accommodation bookings Manage NSS Asset list for all owned items Data collation and administration supporting group KPIs General supplier and manager queries Assist with managing fleet inbox Assist with fleet support where needed and during annual · Deal with general supplier and manager queries You are good at: · All forms of communication both verbal and written Liaising with colleagues, customers and suppliers in a relaxed, confident and professional manner – even when under pressure Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel Working in an office environment where you may receive multiple requests for assistance from different people and not losing track of what is required, by whom and when. · High attention to detail & being analytically minded · Proficient user of Microsoft Office Packages and other IT systems · Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines Establishing patterns and trends for invoice NSS Values · The Safest way · Continues improvement · Working Together · Dependable Service · Empowering people
