Overview

We are looking for a general "IT Support Technician" where previous experience is preferable and a passion for IT and willing to develop in all aspects of the industry. They will carry out basic diagnosing and repair methods and will develop upon all aspects of the IT industry including: software, hardware, networking, security and server administration. They will see the advanced workings from an administrator level and learn also about network infrastructure, they will have the opportunity to take a Microsoft Exam in due time paid for by their employer; with supplied training material. They will work with Microsoft Office on a large scale producing documentation and business reports for different departments within the business. They will be introduced to 3rd party software we use between departments and soon to be a bespoke 1st party piece of software they will be heavily helping to implement into the business. This is an opportunity to work for a fast growing business where IT is now a fundamental part of day to day workings. Practical experience with Microsoft Office primarily Excel is preferred. Practical experience with Windows Operating Systems is Preferred. Salary: £16 - £20K D.O.E. Monday to Friday - Permanent Role
