Overview
The permanent division of Macildowie are working in partnership with a successful and innovative brand based in Milton Keynes. The organisation are seeking a Part Qualified Accounts Assistant to join their business on a permanent basis. The Accounts Assistant will receive a salary of up to £26000 per annum along with a fantastic benefits package. Duties - Assisting with the completion of monthly prepayment and accruals - Logging and filing Invoices - Intercompany reconciliations - VAT processing and returns - Completing Payment runs. - Full management of companies credit control. - Ownership of purchase ledger and sales ledger. - Completing transactional accounts on an ad hoc basis when required. -Assisting with payroll when required. Requirements Ideally you will be working towards, or will be fully qualified in AAT. However this is not essential. The candidate will have good communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
