Oran Care – Fife Council’s Employer of the Quarter 2018 Care Worker (Oran Premium Service) Oran Homecare has exciting opportunities for enthusiastic and committed Care Workers for our new premium service in Cupar and surrounding areas. Candidate must have a minimum of 18 months experience with a single previous care company. References must show no disciplinary action and low absence rates. Hours All carers’ work on a condensed repeating schedule as follows: Week 1 – Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2 – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Full time carers’ are on rota for the full day Part time carers’ are on rota for half day Carers are REQUIRED to work every 2nd weekend Full Time Block Payments - 7am - 10pm Part Time Block Payments - 7am - 2pm OR 2pm - 10pm Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide support to private service users, helping service users to maintain independence in own homes. Promote independence in daily tasks whilst ensuring policy and procedures are met Support and assist service users with personal care in accordance with individual care plans Support service users in maintaining a clean & tidy home environment (free from health & safety related hazards) Complete detailed record keeping Should you not receive a response within 14 days off applying, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
