Overview
Prestige Nursing Care is one of the largest care agencies in the UK. We have over 30 branches nationwide providing a wide range of home, nursing and specialist care. We are looking for a Care Planner in Cupar. Our Care Planners perform a critical role in ensuring that the weekly work schedules of our carers meet and match the very varied requirements of many varied clients. To be successful in the role in you need to be able to use your analytical and communication skills to develop really robust work schedules and handle complex problems within tight timescales Client safety is paramount - you will need to ensure that the work schedules combine efficiency with absolute assurance that we will be fully compliant with CQC and other requirements/legislation. This involves the following major responsibilities; 1. Direct communications with our Cupar clients to handle their queries or requirement changes 2. Close liaison with our Field Care Managers and our Carers to ensure that changes to the work schedules are timely and meet Client, and Carer, requirements 3.
