Group Clinical Nurse RMN or RNLD Qualified Cardiff Mental Health and Learning Disability Experience - ESSENTIAL £35,00 - £40,000 The Client Eclypse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a small group of residential & nursing care homes that care for adults with a variety of mental health and learning disability conditions. They specialise in supporting younger adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, acquired brain injury and mental health issues. This includes those whose behaviour can sometimes be challenging. The Role You will the nurse for the group you will be based from the head office in Cardiff and you will be expected to travel to the 6 homes they operate - all of which are based in Cardiff. The role will involve: Looking at medications and care plans across the group Looking at clinical standards in the homes Improving standards All aspects of the clinical care the group provide The Candidate We are looking for candidates with the following experiences and qualifications: You must be nurse qualified and registered with the NMC Must have a clear DBS check We are looking for a Mental Health or Learning Disability Qualification You must have experience working with adults who have mental health diagnosis and challenging behaviours Must have experience with learning disabilities We require a car driver as you will be travelling to 6 homes The Role The group are looking to pay between £35,000 - £40,000 for the right candidate.
