BIM Manager | £50,000 - £55,000 | London | M&E | Permanent BIM there, seen it, done it This independent M&E Consulting practice is currently looking for a BIM Manager to join their London based team and actively support their growing digital engineering offering. The BIM Manager will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team on both major projects and niche local projects. Working alongside a dedicated team, to deliver projects to clients, the BIM Manager will be responsible for the BIM/Revit processes at a project and office level from design through to tender. Some of your responsibilities: Working closely with the BIM teams to define strategies in relation to project delivery Oversee the Digital Engineering team Support the development of the BIM Technician pool Develop outstanding relationships with project partners and clients Develop strategies with key clients in relation to BIM project delivery Advise and guide project leaders Ensure technical accuracy and quality standards are effectively delivered Must haves: Comprehensive experience in BIM Management within the MEP industry Firm understanding of MEP Disciplines Fully IT literate with specific exposure to REVIT Commitment to delivering high levels of quality Ability to support, supervise and motivate less experienced members of staff Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Show your quality Apply now or call Michael on for more information
