Accountancy Practice - Nantwich - Portfolio Manager Your new firm You will be joining a highly regarded and long established firm of Chartered Accountants based in the heart of Cheshire in the lovely town of Nantwich. This general practice offer a range of services to their client inclusive of Accounts, Audit, Tax and Payroll and due to growth and expansion they are now looking to appoint a Portfolio Manager to their team. Your new role As a Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for working with a set client base made up of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies and who come from a variety of sectors including agriculture, manufacturing and retail to name but a few. Your role will see you prepare the statutory accounts for your clients, as well as the corporation tax returns and hold meeting alongside the Partner with them. You may also be required to visit client sites and review the work of more junior team members. What you'll need to succeed In order to undertake this role you must have worked in a firm of accountants before and ideally have managed your own portfolio of clients. This role will suit someone who has gained a number of years experience working in a role where they have undertaken tasks mentioned above or those coming up to qualification for their ACA/ ACCA.
