Overview

A thriving Bath Investments company requires an Investments Assistant to join their friendly team. This is a varied role providing administration support services to Financial Advisers, Investment Managers, Stockbrokers and clients. The Role: Providing administration support to IFA businesses & networks. Effectively handling administration requests from advisers/ sales force. Developing and maintaining a good level of product knowledge & market awareness. Working with various products including pensions (SIPPs), GIAs, bonds & ISAs. Processing new business applications and maintaining high levels of accuracy. Understanding of FCA guidelines, regulatory issues and their impact. Providing excellent levels of client service, working to and sharing best practice. There may also be some involvement in team process improvements, systems testing, reporting & projects. Skills & Experience Required: Capable, well-organised person with excellent communication skills Good administration skills Strong interpersonal skills and a natural team player. A keen eye for detail is essential as is a positive attitude, focus and a commitment to learn. Candidates with Pensions (SIPPs), Life or Investments (Bonds, ISAs, GIAs) knowledge are welcome to apply. Graduate applications must demonstrate good academics along with a relevant degree (economics/finance/business etc.) and ideally a CV that demonstrates an interest in investments.
