Overview

Support Worker needed supporting individuals with range of disabilities, including sight loss, and life-limiting degenerative conditions in a Specialist Care Service in Tadley . You as the Support Worker will be supporting individuals between the ages of 17-42. Experience working in a similar setting and supporting individuals with complex needs is desirable.
