Facilities Coordinator Jobs in Manchester Your new company You will be working for a public sector organisation that prides themselves in delivering excellent results. Your new role The role will be an ongoing temporary vacancy (20 hours per week) to assist the Assistant Facilities Manager to ensure the effective delivery of all facilities services in line with company standards. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring Health & Safety and compliance on site in line with company standards. Coordinate all operative staff including staff rota planning. Liaise with all appropriate contractors to ensure SLAs and KPIs are adhered to. Ensuring adequate stock and invent levels. Proactively delegating tasks to staff members to ensure the effective delivery and completion of soft services. What you'll need to succeed Excellent communication skills. Team management skills.
