Facilities Manager Jobs in Greater Manchester Your new company You will be working for a Facilities Management company specialising in commercial buildings. Your new role You will be working with facilities and estates team to ensure the successful management of all facilities services. Your key responsibilities: Ensuring facilities are fully compliant in line with company policy, regulatory, legal, statutory and industrial requirements throughout the building. Overseeing and coordinating all appropriate Hard and Soft FM services in line with company standards. Presenting monthly facilities reports to the company's leadership team. Implementing and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met to company standards. What you'll need to succeed Possess Facilities Management experience with a focused background in commercial buildings/hotels. Experience in carrying out Health & Safety and compliance on site. Competent IT skills including experience using various software systems. IOSH/NEBOSH.
