Senior Recruitment Consultant - HR Practice McGregor Boyall are a global Recruitment firm who have been around for 32 years. We have a great reputation in the market and work with a number of top clients across the Financial Services sector, as well as Commerce & Industry (including Retail, Media, Legal.) We provide thorough structured training, excellent incentives, a strong commission structure and solid long term career options. We are collaborative, autonomous and relationship focussed. We are very open to Senior Consultants who have worked in any professional services sector, as we're happy to re-train. The Opportunity As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the HR space, you will be working alongside two very impressive and highly experienced HR Recruiters. You will report into the Director of our HR practice - she has 15 years experience and a strong network. This is a true 360 role, but with a large client platform to leverage off across both FS and Commerce & Industry. You are able to work a dual desk and both UK and International roles of all levels within the HR space (mainly mid-senior level). This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a high performing team.
