From the outset our focus is on reintegration, supporting service users to develop the practical and personal skills they need to leave secure care. Your new role We are looking for a HCA to work at this private hospital in East End of London You'll be organised and compassionate and have a determined focus on patient's recovery and integration back into the community . What you'll need to succeed You'll monitor, manage and reduce risk while helping to prepare service users for independent living.
