Overview
Internal Sales person required for an Electrical Wholesale company in Sheffield. The ideal candidate must be confident, enthusiastic with a good attitude towards work. • Electrical wholesale background • Sales Driven and motivated to reach targets • Excellent Customer Service skills • Must have some Electrical product knowledge Role: To work within a small team, helping to contribute to the success of the branch and promote the companies name by providing excellent levels of customer service at all times. Maximise sales by providing high levels of customer service in all areas including answering phones promptly, handling queries and orders efficiently and accurately. To increase the turnover and profit of the branch through the development of both existing and new business. Cold calling small-medium contractors in the area to make them aware of your services and develop new business. Trade counter sales and taking telephone orders. Preparing quotations.
