Overview
Opportunity for an internal sales representative, to join a dynamic business with healthy order books and a secure future. The company are a market leader who manufactures a range of products for the construction industry. They have recently invested heavily in their business and as such are primed for further growth The organisation are financially stable and have a proven track record having supplied products to some of the UK's largest construction projects. As the internal sales representative, you will work within the internal sales team. Your focus will be on supporting the commercial teams' negotiation of high volume sales, acting as a key point of contact for customers and the external sales team. Your duties will include:- Liaising with customers to maintain positive relationships. Proving sales administration support. Dealing with customer enquires, including pricing, quotations and order processing. Handling any customer queries and or complaints. To apply for the internal sales representative position, you will need: - A proven track record in internal sales/sales support, ideally gained in the construction sector. Strong IT skills including MS Excel. Professional telephone manner with extensive experience of phone-based customer service. In return, the internal sales representative will receive a salary up to £23,000, a pension of up to 5% and 34-days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.
