LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR - TEMPORARY CONTRACT Requirements: Experience in dealing customer care and sales enquiries Building and managing customer relationships across multiple channels. Problem solving, complaint handling and liaising with internal stakeholders. Experience with data entry Experience dealing with customer complaints/ enquiries Using the Zendesk platform to communicate with customers.
