Service Desk Analyst / Bournemouth My Client, are the Uk's leading retirement housebuilder, who are looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT department. You will be responsible for providing support relating to standard applications and infrastructure, as well as managing and fulfilling request for service. You will be responsible for Incident Management Request Management Daily system checks Asset Management General Skills: Understanding of IT operational support frameworks. Provide a service of excellence. Management of workload demands within tight deadlines. Provide input and assist with IT related project when required.
