Health Care Assistant - Durham We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Health Care Assistant to join one of our centres in the Durham area. The centre is offering a salary of up to £19,000 , and this is negotiable depending on experience. In addition to this competitive wage, you will receive a fantastic benefits package which includes an NHS Pension, 6 weeks annual leave and brand discounts. What's Needed from You? The centre requires their HCA to be competent in the following skills: Phlebotomy B12s Dressings NHS Health checks Ear Irrigation Other skills used within General Practice in addition to the above competencies would be hugely beneficial. More About the Practice The centre itself is based in the Durham area, and is a small/medium sized practice with a similarly sized patient list. Scoring 'Good' in all CQC criteria, the practice is well respected within the wider community. The multi-disciplinary team that supports it are highly experienced and pride themselves on going over and above for all their patients, something that is clearly reflected in their CQC report.
