Overview
An experienced Senior HR Analytics Manager is needed for an global FMCG business in London on a Permanent basis to help support the HR team and function. A large international FMCG company in Central London are in search for a Senior HR Analytics Manager to help support the HR team and it's strategies, where you will have a great opportunity to gain and develop your current skills whilst working within a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Analytics Manager includes: Supporting stakeholders to identify any HR issues by performing analysis, providing recommendations and utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools and technology To build and maintain the data models to allow an effective analysis of the organisational structure Supporting the delivery of the talent cycle for the Management and Main Board meetings by providing analytics and insights Build and maintain tools to support the senior performance management cycle Assisting with a number of important projects across the HR function Analysing and implementing a range of different systems Key Requirements of the Senior HR Analytics Manager includes: Possesses very strong knowledge of Excel (VBA), Power BI, Alteryx or any other similar data analysis systems Previous exposure or experience in HR analytical positions Experience in project delivery and supporting organizational changes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in managing and engaging with very senior stakeholders across the business Possesses very strong analytical skills with understanding of organisational design and development principles, metrics and benchmarks If you are interested in this role, please apply.
