Overview
As a Field Service Engineer primary focus is on Incident Management and Problem Management activities restoring service as quickly and effectively as possible. You will be visiting client sites for scheduled maintenance, mechanical repair, installation, or replacement of company products. The role will involve working in varied environments including Emergency Control rooms, Server rooms and Emergency Service vehicles where the equipment is located. The successful applicant will join an established service support team based in the relevant geographic area looking after Communications Command and Control systems, infrastructure and terminals.
