Overview
Residential Property manager This role is for a leading property consultancy working out of their head office in the west end. The role is paying up to £35k benefits etc. The role The Residential Lettings Management department are looking for an efficient, organised and customer service focussed Property Manager to join their team. Supported by a Regional Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties in Central London and will be working with a variety of tenants and landlords on a daily basis. Within this role you will be expected to ensure you undertake all aspects of property management including reactive, preventative management, health and safety and compliance as well as assisting with any complaints or advice required, and escalating to the Regional Property Manager where appropriate. What you need The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a similar property management role with experience managing a range of properties and will be ARLA qualified. You will have basic knowledge of heating and hot water system, plumbing and electrical and the ability to communicate with landlords, tenants and staff in a confident manner. he ideal candidate will be able to work well within a team and on their own, have good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
