Overview
Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer Location: Bournemouth My client are a world-leading financial services company who are looking to recruit an experienced 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer. You'll be responsible for all PC based desktop and laptop environments, application support and local area network management. Key responsibilities: You will responsible for assisting the business in the provision of technical PC-based and application-based support activities. You will be responsible for providing clear documentation outlining installations, knowledge base articles and user guides. You will be providing user application support for all current PC & Server based PC applications. You will be responsible for providing support both over the phone and face to face.
