Overview

We have an exciting opportunity with our Bournemouth based client for an experienced 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer. The responsibilities will include: Supporting a variety of technical hardware, software, application and infrastructure issues. Communicating with internal stakeholders, VIP’s and external 3rd parties to drive issues to completion where appropriate. Identifying major and repeat incidents and raise problem records accordingly along with full detail of diagnostics and investigation. Resolving incidents and rectifying issues independently and fulfilling requests within SLA's. Key skills and experience required: Previous 2nd line support experience in domain and active directory environments. Good knowledge of windows operating systems, office 2016 and O365. Excellent communication and client facing skills. Ability to work to strict SLA's. A team player, flexible with the ability to multi-task.
