Overview
‘I love to help others’, we are all about people, are you? Are you positive, honest and responsible? Absolute Health and Care are looking for experienced Support Workers to work around Crewe and surrounding areas. You would be required to work 30 hours per week on a permanent basis including alternative weekends. The ideal candidate will need to provide a person centred approach with assisting service users in their own homes with all daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation/feeding, medication and general support to lead a fulfilling life. Job Requirements: · An ability to assist with patients’ physical and emotional needs · A caring and empathetic nature · Good communication skills · The ability to follow policies and procedures · Reliability and commitment ·Assisting to maintain the dignity, rights and respect of the residents Minimum Requirements · Care experience · The right to work in the UK ·A full driving licence and access to own vehicle Working Hours 30 hours per week incl alternate weekends If you have previous experience in a similar role and have a transferable DBS on the update service please call our recruitment team who can fast track your application.
