Full Time, Monday to Friday (very occasional weekend work with time back in lieu) Territory: South West London Including; Kingston, Wandsworth, Sutton, Merton, Croydon, Epsom You will be part of a team of Registered Nurses and Care Assistants providing training to patients in their own home on using enteral nutrition. You will also train Hospital Nurses, District Nurses and Residential Care Nurses on using feeding pumps and managing PEG sites. Key Responsibilities for these roles; · Working closely with Dieticians and Nurse Specialists at Hospitals where our client’s feeds are preferred option for patients requiring enteral nutrition · Managing a caseload of patients, providing pre-discharge support and follow up training at home regarding enteral nutrition, using infusion pumps and feeds and PEG site management · Delivering training sessions for Nurses in Hospitals and the Community on enteral nutrition This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse with previous PEG feeding experience looking to specialise in nutrition or develop their career. Full training and field support is provided.
