Our service users are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such, we provide personal care in respectful and dignified To meet their daily needs including bathing, washing, dressing, continence management, issuing medication, meal preparation, maintaining their health and wellbeing, domestic The Hours: 5 days over 7 Including every other weekend, Travel time paid, Plus overtime payable in addition Package to include: Fully paid annual leave entitlement (5.6 weeks based on contracted hours) Bonus scheme in place one additional day for each year of employment No sickness bonus scheme in place Workplace pension scheme We Provide: Mileage allowance paid weekly Fully paid shadow shifts throughout induction period Full induction and training provided Care Certificate and access QCF/Diplomas in Health and Social Care.
