Overview
You will be responsible for the daily management and processing of Reinsurance contracts produced to cover business underwritten across the syndicate. - Check and enter reinsurance contract data to internal management systems. - Process premium and claims information from the underwriting teams. - Calculate claims recoveries arising from the reinsurance program utilising internal systems and tools. - Liaise with brokers to ascertain profit commissions and advices aligned with the company's guidelines and appetite. - Manage relationships with Claims, Finance, Actuarial and Underwriting teams. - Produce accurate MI for the internal stakeholders. - Contribute to process improvement projects to ensure efficiency is up kept. Identify new processes which could help with the overall productivity of the function. Experience Required: - Relevant Lloyd's market experience preferably in Reinsurance. My client is open to individuals from an Underwriting, Reinsurance or Claims background. - Exposure to Facultative, Excess of Loss and Treaty Reinsurance contracts. - Experience with multiple business lines including Marine, Aviation, Property and Specialty. - Advanced Excel skills required
