Overview
Highly respected Surrey based not for profit organisation operating in the educational sector requires a professional Financial Controller to manage their finance department, reporting into the Board of Governors. A formal accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is favourable although applicants with extensive accountancy experience at managerial level within the same industry will also be considered. Financial Controller duties include: Internal and external audit Management accounts Financial reporting Due diligence Business partnering Adhering to strict SLA’s Budgeting and forecasting using Excel modelling With the opportunity to visit external sites for audit purposes and to monitor, mentor and motivate a team, this is a fulfilling Financial Controller position offering variation and diversity across the whole finance function.
