Overview
Our client, a fast growing and entrepreneurial multi-site organisation, is looking to source a talented and diligent Cash & Banking Manager on a temporary basis. This will be for a minimum of 3 months, potentially more, with a permanent vacancy also being recruited so the potential for temp - perm is also an option. We require someone who can look at the Bank takings on a weekly basis and post journals, do the appropriate checks and manage areas such as Cash in transit and detailed bank analysis. This is a high cash volume business so good organisational skills are a must. You will be required to collaborate with internal stakeholders looking at areas to mitigate risk, reviewing internal policies to add rigour to compliance and to establish strong relationships with key business partners. Relationship building extends to be the contact for all banking relationships. We are looking for someone well versed in cash/banking/AR in a fast-paced environment. You must be a self-starter and be capable of working with autonomy and initiative. Sage 200 experience would be highly advantageous.
