The division is led by a hands-on and well-respected partner who has experience in hiring consultants from varying backgrounds and developing them into market specialists. Focusing specifically on the Compliance space within Insurance, we are seeking a driven individual to: Develop new business from new and existing clients Provide a consultative approach service which will encompass a strong knowledge of various classes of business and disciplines Work closely with our clients in order to attract upper quartile talent in line with expectations via all relevant channels Collaborate with the other divisions within Eames in order to seek out opportunities and develop new client relationships Learning & Development At Eames you will be supported from day one; Learning & Development is at the heart of our business. Requirements Recent and relevant recruitment experience, ideally within Compliance / Governance sector (either banking or insurance), however we are equally keen to hear from talented individuals who may have recruited into other areas such as Legal / Risk / Accounting and would like to take on a fresh market with warm client relationships Previous experience of developing new client relationships Degree educated (preferred but not essential) Belief in our core PACE values below Partnerships - Delivering the best solution through our established networks and relationship.
