Overview

We’re looking for someone to join our finance team as a Junior Credit Controller You do not need to have any previous credit control experience as full training will be given. It is more important to us that we meet candidates who have a positive and enthusiastic attitude to work and enjoy working as part of a team. Key responsibilities: Credit control across all the firm’s business areas Actively chasing clients in a professional and courteous but persistent manner, where payments are due Vetting potential clients and implementing suitable credit arrangements Agreement of payment plans with clients at the beginning of a matter Ensuring that instalment payments are being made in accordance with agreed terms Maintain accurate records of all recovery activity Ensure that all transactions are compliant with firm policies and SRA regulations What sort of person are we looking for? You’ll be a confident and forward-thinking individual, with good organisational skills and an attention to detail. You’ll need the ability to build up customer relationships and rapport and a good level of IT skills to interrogate the firm’s systems and analyse data If this sounds like you then please apply.
