The Opportunity Altus Group has a new and exciting opportunity for two Junior Account Managers to join our busy client services team in Old Trafford. We are happy to consider applicants seeking both permanent work or a 12 months fixed term contract. The primary role of the Junior Account Manager is to effectively manage a large portfolio of business clients, ensuring that our clients receive outstanding customer service throughout the lifetime of their contract. Account Managers will be responsible for updating key information regarding the client and their property, and identifying additional revenue opportunities, allowing Altus to deliver great outcomes and maximise savings for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a large portfolio of commercial clients, delivering excellent service and building strong relationships. Manage client expectations to ensure they understand processes and timescales. Oversee all of the required documentation about clients to successfully deliver a full service and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure we deliver the best possible outcome for our clients. Escalate any issues to Team Leader/Senior Account Manager as and when they arise. Pro-actively identify opportunities to maximise client savings and generate additional business for Altus Group. Position Requirements: Educated to GCSE Level (6 A-C or equivalent). A basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications including outlook, excel and Internet applications. A minimum of 1 years' experience working in an account management role or communicating in a B2B environment. Alternatively 1 years' experience working in a customer facing role within the Business Rates industry. A passion for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Experience generating leads for new business opportunities (preferred). Demonstrable track record working towards targets/KPI's. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good attention to detail. Professional attitude and an ambition to succeed.
