Singularitee are searching for an IT Support Apprentice to join their team and help to provide a customer oriented IT service, while developing their own technical knowledge and skills in a supportive environment . Visit their website to find out more about the company: https:/// Roles & Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 1st Line Remote IT support via telephone, email and live chat Providing face to face IT support at client sites Connecting devices to client networks (PC's, Laptops, Printers) Configuring hardware (Desktops, Network Servers) Software support and installations Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge: Passionate about IT Good communication skills Good work ethic - eager to learn Understanding of basic IT software and hardware Grade C/4 in Maths GCSE and D/3 in English Language or equivalent (Functional Skills Level 2). Salary, Hours & Benefits: £10,400 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm 37.5 hours per week 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Additional training courses to further develop technical knowledge and skills There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.
