Overview
Are you an experienced health care professional looking for a new exciting challenge and experience? We are looking for people who are eager to use their years of experience and skills to support individuals within their homes and ensure their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing and enable them to live independently in the community. You will be required to work with vulnerable adolescents or adults, some of whom may have complex health needs. We have opportunities to work with a team of highly trained support workers on care packages that require 24/7 care. We are also urgently looking for people who want to join the Rapid Response team as a senior support worker where you may be required to attend an emergency crisis call, often at short notice. Requirements You will be: Full clean UK drivers licence required NVQ Level 3 or above Flexible Well-presented Punctual Reliable Warm and friendly Work in cooperation with members of the multi-disciplinary teams Commitment to Quality of Care Training You will be expected to attend Positive Behaviour Support training which we provide you. All the team attend the same training to work in alignment with each other.
