Overview
My client is looking for a mobile phone technician who is a specialist in apple repairs. This role is responsible for testing, diagnosis and repair of electronic devices to a high customer standard. Job Duties: Replacing mechanical components and minor soldering work to replace electronic/electrical components Working to deadlines and undertaking repairs in a timely manner Accurately recording all work completed on the CRM system Taking responsibility for own work loads and work with the team to hit company KPI's Maintaining a safe work environment Must follow company guidelines for stock handling procedures Must be flexible with overtime when required Person Specification: Mobile Phone or Electronic Device Repair experience – Essential Basic Microsoft office skills – Essential Apple Experience - Essential Attention to detail Details: Hours: are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday 30 Days Holiday Bank Holidays Additional Holiday accrued after 2 years of service Over time paid at time and half Free Parking This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89632626
