Job Title: Mobile Phone Technician Location: Newcastle under Lyme Job Type: Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:30pm Benefits include: 22 days holidays bank holidays (additional holiday accrued after 2 years of service) Pension contributions Free on-site parking Overtime available at x1.25 over 40 hours Our client is rapidly growing and therefore are seeking a committed Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities as a Mobile Phone Technician: Testing, diagnosis and repair of mechanical components on electrical devices Hit strict KPI's and TAT's while maintaining a high-quality standard Accurately record all work completed within internal systems Maintain general housekeeping duties on a day to day basis Reduce parts failure to lower financial impact on the business Prioritise workload and take ownership of all devices allocated to you Understand customer and business needs by working to strict deadlines Key skills required as a Mobile Phone Technician: Ability to use designated repair tools and follow strict guidelines on processes Familiar with the make-up and workings of android and apple devices High attention to detail MS Office skills with the ability to complete paperwork accurately Apple Trained with knowledge of Apple products is essential To apply for this vacancy as a Mobile Phone Technician please send us your CV ASAP.
