Overview

My client is looking for a Packer & Case Maker to join their friendly team at their Fareham depot. The role will include a variety of tasks including building wooden cases, crates and pallets. When you are manufacturing cases, attention to detail is needed to make sure they are up to their high standards. Responsibilities of Packer & Case Maker Working on the saw, with nail guns and other wood tools. To support the manager to design and build wooden cases and crates and may help with delivering and collecting cargo as/when needed. To work both inside and outside and sometimes at our customers premises when we are packing large or fragile cargo into cases and/or containers. There may be times that you will be asked to work overtime to meet deadlines but we will ensure fair warning will always be given and you will be paid time and a half. You will receive: Working Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 Competitive Rate of Pay 20 days holiday which increases after 2 years of service by 1 day every year until a max of 25 days is reached Benefit from The Company profit share scheme, when/if applicable and you will join the pension scheme Free parking Experience is Necessary although additional training will be provided.
